Napalm Records USA offers a 30-day return policy for most items provided they are in their original, factory-sealed condition. We strive to ensure every customer is satisfied with their heavy metal media and merchandise purchases.

Return Process

  Contact our customer support team via email with your order number and the specific items you wish to return or exchange.

  Verify Product Condition

  Ensure all vinyl, CDs, and DVDs remain shrink-wrapped, and apparel remains unwashed and unworn to qualify for a full refund.

  Pack and Ship

  Securely package your items in the original mailer if possible and ship them to our US-based warehouse using a tracked shipping method.

• 4.
  Processing and Refund

  Once our team inspects the returned goods, we will process your refund or exchange within 5-7 business days to your original payment method.
