How long will it take for my order to ship?
Standard in-stock orders are typically processed within 1-3 business days. Please note that pre-order items will ship according to the release date listed on the product page.
Do you offer international shipping from the USA store?
Yes, we ship to many countries worldwide. Shipping rates and delivery times are calculated at checkout based on the weight of the package and your specific location.
My vinyl arrived damaged. What is your return policy?
We take great care in packaging, but if your item arrives damaged, please contact our support team within 14 days of delivery with photos of the damage to initiate a replacement or refund.
Can I combine multiple orders to save on shipping?
Due to our automated fulfillment process, we are unable to combine separate orders once they have been placed. We recommend placing all items in a single cart before checking out.
